Do you know that feel when you're like in a different group of people than the usual type of people you hang out with, and they make jokes and they all laugh and you're just standing there thinking 'wtf there's like nothing funny about that, did I miss something?'
It's like every group of friends/people has a different kind of humor.
Whenever I try hanging out with people who don't drink or use drugs I find myself in situations where someone says something to me and I react to it seriously and then it turns out it was a joke and I look stupid for not getting the joke.
Maybe I would have gotten your stupid joke if it actually had something funny about it, fuck.

i dont hang out with people that have a different sense of humor than me. i dont need or crave any social life, so i only become friends with very specific types of people. not that all of them are the same, but they might all have a similar way of thinking about things, even if their opinions vary. but overall, humor is a major part of it, if we cant make each other laugh then the friendship is pointless
