How would I manually convert one address style to the other?

Both of these go to the same place, but if I only had access to one of them, how would I manually convert it to reveal the way the missing one (whichever is missing) is written? Sometimes I come across this confusion when updating AA scripts and doing various things in the disassembler.

Assuming that I am understanding you correctly, you can toggle Show Symbols and Show Module Addresses under 'View' in memory viewer.
