run two cheat engine instances
each one targets a different process

in both execute this lua script:
Code:

allocateSharedMemory("xxx", 4096)


in both ce's add a new address with as address the text "xxx"

in the one you wish to get the value from freeze the entry of xxx and then change the value to
Code:
 
(description of source entry)

this will constantly set the value at address xxx to the value of the entry with the source value


in the one you wish to to set the value freeze the destination address and change the value to
Code:
 
(description of entry with xxx as address)
