Cheat Engine

I am having a lot of trouble finding my player base..
for example I find my health value then pointer scan get lots of pointers
but its not the player base.. I mean I dont see my X Y Z position if I continue searching in reclass/cheatengine data strcuture..


so Im thinking maybe if I could do pointer scan for health
than pointer scan for Y coordinate and find the pointers that are matching each other than I will probably find the right one.. for example


Health pointer = 0x0400000] +3c]+10]+86

Y Coordinate pointer = 0x0400000] +3c]+10]+94

so its a Match.. possible to do?
