Cheat Engine

Hi everyone,

I haven't game hacked in about 10 years or so (if not more). In old versions of Cheat Engine there used to be a button called "Add Pointer". It doesn't seem to be there anymore. Please note, this is not the same thing as "Add Offset".

It seems to be in CE 5.6.1 but my static address is not recognized there for some reason? It would be nice to have this in the current version of CE 6.5.

Please let me know if I'm missing something.

Edit: I seem to be able to get the same functionality by adding having 3 offsets:

1B34----------------------- 0CB63F80+1B34 -> 0CB65AB4
0--------------------------- [08266020+0] -> 0CB63F80
B7D4 --------------------- [08266020+B7D4] -> 0CAC2D18
address.exe+498df ->-- 08266020

I hope my math is correct in my example. If I don't have a "0" offset the result doesn't work. Possible bug? Seems to want to add the offset to the address rather than the value of the address.
