nope. That would require another hackish plugin, like that one I created for FormLayeredAttributes.
Anyway, aero glass doesn't exist in newest Win10, Win8.1 aero glass is not that nice like under Win7.

yes, manipulate AlphaBlendValue inside onTimer function of timer object.
