Cheat Engine

Hey.
I was wondering if there is a way to enable an option by solely using Cheat Engine. Basically what I want to do is to tick "enable console" in options but by using cheat engine. There must be a value for this?

I did find a value for this by using an Exact Value search for 0 when the options is disabled and 1 with it is enabled, however this value only changes the value on my screen and does not seem to have any affect on the actual game. (No the value can not be server-sided).

Is there another way to find "enable/disable" option in CE?

You can enabled console when developer mode is enabled and ofcourse enable console and show/hide console are two different things.It's all depends on the game itself.Some games have the developer mode always enabled and some don't.The address that hold the variable for developer mode can change between versions.So,its pretty hard to find the address and pinpoint it using ce when it comes to this.All the things that you can do are either modifying the game file or just find and pinpoint the address that effect the game to your desire using ce without the console.

Try searching unknown initial value and then changed/unchanged.
