You can't just spam a thread with replies. Once someone else replies to your thread, you'll be able to reply.
Until then, edit your post.
And PMs aren't unlocked right away because people don't like getting spammed by newcomers.

yeah i cleared cookies and it let me reply Smile must of been some bug not sure, it redirected me to index.php when i tried lol
