What is the {OR , AND} in Auto assembly Scripts, What for them?
Do difference with the XOR?
How to write Auto assembly Scripts?
are used them for specific values ?

Like XOR, they are logic gates, but they behave differently.
I already responded about XOR, in asm the syntax is the same as it, but the outcome is ofc different.
Search for logic gates on google for better understandament.

AND will combine every bit equal to 1 in both values into the result.
OR will combine every bit equal to 1 in either value into the result.
| Code: | 72 == 0x48 == 0100 1000
219 == 0xDB == 1101 1011
0100 1000
AND 1101 1011
---- ----
0100 1000 == 0x48 == 72
0100 1000
OR 1101 1011
---- ----
1101 1011 == 0xDB == 219 |

They're used for bit manipulation. See Zanzer's post above.
Do difference with the XOR?
A simple way of thinking of xor is this: If the bits are the same, the result is 0. If the bits are different, the result is 1.
| Code: | 72 == 0x48 == 0100 1000
219 == 0xDB == 1101 1011
0100 1000
XOR 1101 1011
---- ----
1001 0011 == 0x93 == 147 |

AA scripts can be used to modify any address you want.
