Okay so I'm using the pointer scanner to try and find the base address for my health in a game (I know I can find the rest of the values I need off of that value) So I keep closing my game and re-opening it but I can only get down to around 11,000 results and it stops there everytime I try to rescan for pointers.

Is there any other way I can possibly shift its pointers other than just closing the game and reopening? I've tried restarting my computer but that didn't prove much helpful

Can try loading a save. Have someone else test it on a different computer.
Just because you have 11,000 results, doesn't mean each one can't be valid. Just pick one for now.

See I've done that before just picked a value and it ended up working but the problem is at almost seemingly random time it will not point to the right address anymore. Do I want to try and go with the ones that have the least amount of levels first? I have 5 in my list that only have 3 offsets (I set maximum of 5) so would it be fair game to try those first?

Like i always do, is when open game i re-scan all pointers, even if in table have working address..
It's normal that there is thousands of pointer results..
If someone stops pointing to address just re-scan whole list..

Or make code injection with health, that will save your time.

Most games even modern ones only have 1 or 2 offsets to Character BASECODE.

Always sort your pointer list by the lowest number of offsets.

With character starts you can always gamble they will change when you quit and reload.
