I was held against my will at a very early age. There are a lot of things I went through when I was a kid, but what's important is that your brain is going to be trained, and rewired. The good thing was, since I was so young when everything happened, my brain was still growing, so it rewired itself quickly. It's possible to reprogram and recondition your brain. You'll adapt, you'll survive, and eventually, you'll become extremely well guarded, as to decrease the likelihood of anything similar happening in the future.
As for now, what I would do is, since you have internet access, get on the Deep Web and start reading. That's what I did when I was held against my will. I read a book that helped my situation very nicely, it was called "Surviving Guantanamo", but it was useful for other situations of coercive commitment
