switch up the drugs, do different ones.
a 5mg tolerance is pre big m8
and nothing to be proud of.
benzo tolerance is the worst and benzo w/d's are seizures and death

i smoked while tripping and on benzos
i have no needles so no i have not injected
i was also scammed on amphetamine. so lost like $120 :\

so are cigarettes
and cigs aren't so euphoric for me
different benz = different euphoria

Tolerance to xanax develops rather quickly actually out of all other benzos and i am going to assume you abused it so yeah no surprise there.
I used really low dosages for relaxation (doc prescribed) and i had to take upwards of 2mg for the effects in just a month. Withdrawal from this is the worst, you will feel much worse than when you initially felt when you started taking it.
Get yourself to a doctor to help you with the withdrawal and prescribe anti-benzo medications (Flumazenil etc) because it sucks doing it by yourself. I doubt you are going to, what a waste of a life.
Actually, the positive thing is you can't die from benzo overdose. You have to take a pretty big dose and considering you can already tolerate 5mg...just never mix it with alcohol or other drugs cause that makes it worse and you will die.
