Notable mistakes:
section 3/3:

you were right to think "had" was the word that makes the most sense for 49.

53 is fine, though they might be fishing for "only".

54 should be "despite" instead of "due"

55 should be worked

57 is also probably fine, but they might be fishing for needn't.

59 should be letting, as Tyler said.

2/3:

35 should be "at", if you remove "tiny", you remove an element of the sentence.

36 should be "been", not "their"

37 is "to", "I suggest you walk to work" instead of "I suggest you to walk to work".

40 is "a", we just get bread, not a bread. Unless it's a loaf of bread, but that's getting a loaf, and not a bread, which again we don't do.

45 is tricky, I'd argue that "afterwards" is the unnecessary word, I had considered "absolutely" and "totally" because they seem unneeded, but they both serve as important adjectives, but "afterwards" tells you of a place in time that is implicit by the fact that we started by saying "was", meaning we're already at the afterwards.

I think 52 should be "unless". and maybe 58 should be however.

Take this with a grain of salt, I only got 85%, so I am not the best.

I was thinking they would look for the easiest answer judging by the questions.

This test is designed for foreigners to adapt to British-English. As we know, English is spoken all over the world and the answers for the test is different for each region.

As an American-English speaker, I can't answer 45. Totally and absolutely both seem equally unimportant and equally important to the sentence. Maybe if I lived in England, the answer would be obvious.

The saddest part is, like the tests and assignments I have in class, I can actually do this stuff. I can't because my brain is so slowed down from caffeine withdrawal.

I did about ten questions right now, will do the rest over the next few weeks to come.

Most of the people are learning British English in schools.
