You're thinking wrong.
-> is NOT =.
What this means is that the variable [119811E0+8] which IS [119811E8] holds a value, the value held by this variable is pointed to by cheat engine with '->'.
This value held by this variable is 119811B0.
This value isn't a variable you are interested in, however this value + 210 holds another value which you want next.
