I am trying to convert the codes from the 2nd update to the 1st update to use whatever clothes/shoes I want in offline mode. I was able to find the difference in (some) addresses between the 1st and 2nd patches came out to a hex value of -FE0, so basically -4064 from the location of every address? I'm not really sure if all addresses follow this rule or just some.

Even if you have the codes I am seeking (cough em up btw)

certain groups will follow that rule yes.

see a difference in version as:
original:
a
b
c
d
e

new:
a
b
y
c
d
z
e

in both old and new a and b will be the same spot
but c will be at a higher location in the new one
the difference between d and c will be the same
and e will be at a much farther location
