Hi everybody, I want to apologize ahead of time if this is in the wrong section. I'm hoping somebody could help me kind of understand Cheat Engine a bit better because I simply can't wrap my head around the tutorials. I'm trying to figure out how to change my items with CE so like I can turn a green herb into an M4A1. I'm a total newb at using CE, the best I can do is find a dynamic address every time and just change that for infinite ammo or something. I can't even figure out how to set infinite hp properly

Changing item IDs in the structure is more advanced, if you can't get HP yet then you'll want to learn how to scan for unknown values first.

Run the tutorial program (it's installed with Cheat Engine), step 2 or 3 is unknown values.

Edit: I also found Rydian's tutorials. It's more fast-paced than the aforementioned playlist, but it's a great introduction too.
