the ce 6.4 release chinese version Window can display with Chinese
but
ce 6.4 svn 2115 can not display with Chinese, how to solve ? excuse me

compile the 6.4 release with your current build environment and see if it still fails (the source is in a rar5 file for download on the download page)
if it fails, you may not have the proper build versions, if it does show properly, see if you can fix it and then post the fix, as i'm unable to test this (and i don't think i did anything to the processname list)

The only difference I see is that I use Lazarus 2014-09-30 (So one month earlier)
Perhaps they broke something later on.
Which is one of the reasons little things like these are not my main priority. (Too frustrating)
