Cheat Engine

hello, i use CE since the version 5(actual 6.4), but since today, Cheat Engine.exe and cheatengine-x86_64.exe don't run and cheatengine-i386.exe run like a charm, only in my session on windows 7 64bits.
I do not understand why it happens? and why for my session and no other?

Check that your anti virus isn't blocking it.
If that's not the case, make sure no online games are running in the background (they may block the most common known ce exe)

And try reinstalling cheat engine, perhaps your files got corrupted

I have restart my PC and cheat engine start but a few minute after CE again crash a start!
My antivirus is the same for all user and i have exclude CE of scan AV.

Edit: bug of compatibility with a program to delayed startup no doubt, but which?

Edit2:Solved, it was an compatibility issue with the 64 bits support of RTSS (Riva tuner statistic server), it's not a CE bug i think but an issue of RTSS.
