Anyone interested in a "Luffy Edition" of One Piece? Pretty much a fan edit of One Piece where it's much more focused on Luffy; as well as some minor filler cuts (e.g. when two guys are fighting and usually it would cut to the crowd so we can see their expressions).

I've been watching/reading One Piece for years.

Something like that exists, have you checked out "One Pace"? It's a fanmade project where they cut all the fillers and nonsesne out. It's not centered around Luffy, but same concept nonetheless.

Yeah, I checked it out. I liked it more than the original, but I wanted more focus on luffy.

How do you plan going about this? One Piece is at 708 episodes, editing each one of them down would take years if you are working by yourself.
