How do I cheat?

I am using windows 8.1, and I have went into the bios and Intel-VT is already enabled. But I still get the same error "Could not launch DBVM: The Intel-VT feature has been disabled in your BIOS". How can I fix this? Question

disable hyperV and avast (and any other program that puts windows inside a virtual machine)

I guess I am not meant to use DBVM because for my boot-up I do not have an F8 option and I keep getting this error.

I also did what you said but I have no hyperv

that means u have to disable signature enforcement just look up on youtube on how to do it for windows 8.1
