Well, there's this isometric game that has a zoom in feature and zoom out; though the zoom out is not enough (for me).
My guess is you "unknown initial scan" then decrease/increase? Well, that's what I did but once I freeze the remaining value, I can still zoom in and out, though it "flickers".
I'm not sure but, is that the right way of doing it?

Assuming you got the right address (which it does sound like)...
The "flickering" is because locking an address can't actually freeze it. CE just sets it to the value you want rapidly (the speed determined by a setting in CE), but the game is realizing it's out of bounds and resetting it much faster.
So in this case you're going to want to edit the code that controls the min/max/bounds for better results.
Show us the value (type too) and give us some examples of the min/max range. Then right-click that address and click "find what writes to this address" and go back in-game and try to zoom out past your normal limit, then go screenshot that new window listing the various things and we might be able to give you some advice.

| Oh, nvm; I managed to figure it out by playing around with the opcodes and stuff; Thanks for the help though.
