Cheat Engine

Foreword
I am currently attempting to MultiBox a game called Realm of the Mad God (some flash rpg mmo) with HotKeyNet, in the game as you level the speed value of each the characters becomes randomized, which leads to enlightenment.
I later found out that if you use cheat engine to decrease the speed values you will not get kicked for the server and walk a slower speed, so I ended up getting finding a pointer to the speed value so that I can freeze the value without having to find the address each time, since it randomizes each time.

The actual question
My question is, would it be possible to edit the speed value of 9 separate .exe Realm of the Mad God clients at once with only one cheat engine open?
If not is there any way to speed the process of opening cheat engine 9 times and selecting the clients one by one?
