How can i make a trainer like this?

Design a form that looks like you wish, then add some event functions to be called on some components
and write those functions in the lua script of the table.

(Also add in some code to show the form)

Once everything functions as you like, then just save the table as a .cetrainer and you're done
(tip: make a backup .CT so you can make changes later on if you accidentally choose the option to 'protect' it)
