Cheat Engine

ok so I have the coordinates of my character in Terraria and want to make a teleportation hack where you input the numbers and press the button to teleport. I am thinking of making something like a trainer with Cheat engine but I don't know what to do at all... well I know I will have to add 1 button and 2 text boxes but then I don't know what to type in the "clicked" event for the button. I want it to be something like speed hack so it would be like:

Well first you'd need to get the coordinates in such a way that the address continues to work after
each run. With games like Terraria you'd probably be targeting code that works on something in
the player structure to grab the base address of the structure and use the offset like a pointer.
