So, a few months ago I don't remember exactly what I activated on my CE that now every time I open it, this flashy message saying DBK64 loaded. Sometimes it doesn't go away, and it stays on top of almost every window.
So, is there a way to remove it? And I tried reinstalling CE, but it didn't work. And I'm not using kernel mode.

go to settings->debugger options and make sure you're not using the kernel debugger and go to settings->extra and make sure nothing is installed there
if that doesn't help, close ce, run the settings reset program that comes with ce and then check.
If that doesn't help, then reinstall cheat engine to a different folder (perhaps you have a lua script in autorun that activates it)

Thanks for the help. Resetting CE's settings worked for me.
