it doesn't support all programs, and enable speed hack is not really speed hack, its just a FPS changer.

It speeds up the emulator, but the emulator still emulates the game at a fixed speed.

Go into the emulator's shortcut key settings to find a fast forward or disable-frameskip key.

all of those emulators have there own speedhacks use them insted, pcxsr and epsxe you have to go to settings and bind a key and chose speed (im gusing its like pcsx2)
and on VBA you just need to press space, and if you whant to change speed you have to change that in the settings sence it can vary between 800% to 10 000% as defult
