Speed Hack is Working But it Slowing Down The Whole Game. is Their any way that i only Slow Down The Enemies instead of SLowing Down the Whole Game (Including Fight Speed etc) ...

Sure. Find Co-ords then inside the structure, search for a speed modifier for your player. You can then easily do the same for enemies as the offset will be same in their co-ords structure.

Some people find it by using unknown value search (stop, run etc) and finding the value that way but i prefer the above one.
