Cheat Engine

So I'm playing this java game and I'm trying to use cheat engine to alter a simple string.

I can find the string "words im looking for" easily enough, but it seems that the memory address that stores the string keeps changing?

Basically a text box opens up, and I'm trying to utilize cheat engine to put in cool ansi characters instead of traditional text.

This seems a lot more difficult than it should be.

How do I go about changing this string when it's memory location keeps changing every few seconds?
