How do I cheat?

I made trainer for forest , quit the game , and opened it to test trainer, it wouldn't work, didn't detect the new values / address , How do I make it find the new address?

Try doing step 5 and step 6 of the Cheat Engine Tutorial (located in your Cheat Engine folder) to learn how.
Note: In step 6 it will say "When you've found it use the function to find out what accesses this address." but you have to click 'Find out what writes to this address'.

I wish somebody could just make a tutorial on this so i can watch them Make a official trainer step by step. , BTW Is there a way to find out besides doing the trainer to see if it worked if the addresses change each time you open it?

Yea but im really bad with that kind of shit ... like i could watch somebody do basic coding and I wouldn't know what the fuck I was doing, I understand tut 4 , but tut 5 is a just confusing to me..
