Cheat Engine

I'll be specific here, I'm trying to convert addresses and values found with CE into CWcheats format. CWcheats is what is used for cheats on PSP custom firmware and emulation. I'm using a PSP emulator called PPSSPP, and I've had great success using Cheat Engine, but I'd like to convert some of the cheats into CWcheats format, because the emulator has a really great UI for quickly enabling/disabling cheats. And then I might be able to transfer those cheats found with CE to my PSP and use them as well.

The best program I could find is called Omniconvert, but its mostly used to convert from one cheat format such as ARmax into codebreaker, or convert those into unencrypted to use on PCSX2 (PS2 emulator). But I got no idea what format CWcheats, or CE uses, nor do I know how to manually do some math and convert them.

So I'm asking if anyone knows of any way, even a manual way to convert them?

I've found some codes for Final Fantasy Type-0 using CE, and it would be really convenient to convert them to CWcheats format.
