Just tell me if you're experiencing Cheat Engine crashes like I do.
- Open Cheat Engine -> Crash ... ( CE Stopped working... )
- Wait like 3 seconds, open again, it works!!
- Open CE, it works, click the "load Cheat Table" button -> Crash ... ( CE Stopped working... )
- Wait like 3 seconds, open again, click open table button, it works!!
...
same goes for open process...
It also crashes when:
I have loaded a game, attached CE to it, ( I make the game crash because of silly mistake ), open game again, click the open process to open the same game (with new PID) ( without having CE closed and reopened ) -> CE crashes.
Reopen CE, reopen process, reload CE Table, it works!
So in the end after closing everything and doing it again, it eventually works, but I want to know, if it's just my system or does it happen to everybody who uses Win8.1
My System:
Intel Pentium D 2.80GHz Core 2
2GB RAM
ATI Radeon 400MHz, 64MB Dedicated ( 800MB Available ) with support for DirectX 9
The Game requires:
Win 98/2000/Me/XP
1GHz Processor
256MB RAM
DirextX 9.0 64MB Video Card
3.4GB HDD Space
The game runs very smoothly!! with no compatibility settings required.
Le me know if CE crashes on your Win8.1 system too.
Thanks.
P.S. I always keep my PC Updated by installing all Windows Updates!
[EDIT]
P.P.S. It's a x64_86 System
[EDIT 2]
Today I have encountered my first "Windows low memory warning", didn't even know it existed before. So maybe I think it's just my system.
