Users were warned not to restart their PCs, in case they wouldn't boot up again. I guess you could say who needs malware when you have antivirus like these

Panda is a piece of shit to start with. Once I checked their advertisements and it was nothing else but negative campaign against other AVs, saying how bad and useless they are compared to Panda. In some countries, such pathetic tactics are not even legal.
