Cheat Engine

hello readers! im writing to you today to tell you firstly i love the program and secondly there is a issue im having and a few other users when playing war commander on FB it worked fine on google then it crapped out then now its IE the processes i been doing is as follows:

5th line down (click) browse memory region
2rd LINE first 4 (EXC) 1 files..FC
4TH LINE FIRST 8 (EXC) 2 files..7C and 80
4TH Line Last 4 1 file.. 88
You looking for these files 5C 7C 80 88...change all to 60

im using is it seem like it is stemming from the browser (GOOGLE) now i cant play the engine it is displaying 0000 0000 0000 when i try to get a 5C the others show up like the 7C and the 80 and the 88 but the 5C wont change so i can change it to 60 i have left it for 20 mins a few times. now it is doing the same thing with IE browser so i uninstalled cheat engine thinking it might been a save thing i accidentally clicked . i tried uninstalling google and IE put them back in and got the same thing. is there anyways of resetting the browser for it reads the 5C again? am i using the right codes? would you be so kind in helping me out i cant access it for some reason.. please help me theirs a event that is gonna happen in a today in war commander i don't wanna miss it
