There's some tips on using the pointer scanner and narrowing the results. Plug in what the expected last offset is, and once you have <10,000 results you can sort the column by the base address.

If the address is already static, why do you need to do a pointer scan?
The pointer is simply game.exe+########, done.

You will almost always have to update pointers after a game update, no matter what.

If the address is static, you could simply look what access it and write the addresses AOB-Codes down (don't forget to replace your address with wildcards!).
Then, after an update, you'd only have to scan for the AOB-Code and would likely find your static address again ...

Why do you want to get a pointer for a static address???

Pointers do also change when a game is updated, so in the end it'll bring you nothing!
Besides, of course you won't get a level-3-pointer for a static address because the game knows where to find that address. So it doesn't need a pointer to tell it where the address is located at the moment.

Just do as I proposed in my previous post:
Find out what access your static address. Open the location in the disassembler/memory view and copy an AOB-Code. Then replace the address parts of the AOB with wildcards (? or *) and after a game update, just scan for the AOB-Code. If there are no heavy changes in the code structure you'll find the static address again in almost no time ...
