Typically stuff like this is not editable on MMORPGs unless the game is coded like utter shit.

Yeah, if it's not client sided then you can't hack it using memory editing tools, you'll have to use packet sniffers and stuff like that.

If you use the speed-hack feature in cheat engine then it kinda gives you an indication of what is client sided and what isn't, e.g. if your movement is client sided (you run really fast) or your health regen (regens faster), etc...
