I think there's something wrong with the forum time setting.
I set the offset to +7 GMT but it's showing post time several hours ahead my real time
Update: It's about 2 hours and 16 minutes ahead of my real time

Yes, I already set the correct timezone for my region (GMT+7) but it still display incorrect time in forum and subscription e-mail

some day the time will be correct.
Either because the time difference has become as big as a full hour or I can be bothered to sync the time.
I bet it's gonna be the first one though

Well just do what I did, and get it as close as possible
So for you I think GMT+5 will suffice! Even if that isn't your correct GMT+ value, it's still as close as your going to get it. 16 minutes off is better than hours off right?

Mine's supposed to be GMT+8... closest in regards to this forum is GMT+6 for me. A difference of about 17 minutes.
