How do I cheat?

So I DL'd the 6.4 CE, then I DL'd the CT for it. Followed the instructions on the forum page to the letter, but when I try to load the CT, I keep getting Bad Address errors.
I guess Olegbl is the head honcho regarding this, so here's hoping it reaches him. Thank you one and all for help on this.
Oh, I'm also one of those lucky folks for whom the Party Editor refuses to work. Any progress on this front, please?

Probably because there is no process selected. Attach CE to the game first.
