How do I cheat?

I managed to start ceserver, this is what the terminal prints.
Code:

&s=0xbed33a00
main=0xe568
CEServer. Waiting for client connection
socket=3
bind=0
listen=0
IndentifierThread active


In CE, there are no discovered servers, so I enter the IP of my device (192.168.1.100) and the default port is 52736 (I think?). CE says "Failed connecting to the server", the terminal on my device is unchanged though. Can someone help me with this ?

open a command prompt and type in
Code:
 
ping 192.168.1.100

check if it replies

perhaps your network(mask) isn't properly setup

It timed out. I have close to zero knowledge of this. How do I solve that ?

i have almost no experience with network configuration either, but sometimes fiddling with the netmask words, and other times having to join the other network is required
