You mean for weed? I've heard great things about the pax, but its around 250. Basically with vapes you gotta spend a good amount if you want quality hits for a long lifetime. I recommend just using a socket wrench piece to conserve weed.

If you're planning on getting a portable one you're probably gonna be disappointed with it.
The best ones (imo) are those that fill up a bag with air. They don't require you to pay attention while smoking. Most vaporisers aren't as easy/fun to use as you'd think.
