Im not sure if you are aware, but the reason why the trade embargo with cuba hasnt been lifted yet is because of car collectors lobbying the fuck out of the politicians. Because of cubas terrible government and lack of trade, every car on the road in cuba is nearly 50-80 years old. They have no factories in cuba and they dont get backed by NAFTA, so new cars havent been seen for over a half of a century there.

Why are car collectors in the USA lobbying so hard to keep the embargo? Because there are so many collectors gems in cuba that would simply destroy the value of all the collectors cars in the USA, due to supply and demand of those cars. The collectors dont want the car collecting industry to cave, so they keep paying the politicians money and buying their families college tuition so that the embargo stays.

It makes me ashamed as an american to have corruption in the government in 2015.

Fucking everywhere.
First time I ever got a position in which I had authority over others, I found out within the first half hour how corrupt some of our teachers were, and they expected me to be corrupt with them, which I then pretended to be while counteracting them in any way I could.
First job I had, one of my bosses was being a corrupt manipulative prick but word got out real fast and he got fired immediately.
Second job was even worse. Much much worse. Got fucked over by millionaires. Fucking pieces of shit scumbags. Act nice on TV then exploit kids in fucking horrible environments.
