Cheat Engine

So, I am making a trainer on Cheat Engine, and it executes an Auto Assembly script when you click E (E is the Turn on Hotkey) and it is supposed to stop the Auto Assembly script when the button Q is clicked. However, it doesn't.
I need help with:
1) When you click a CEButton1 button, its text changes to on, when clicked again, it changes to off

2) If x.exe is not open when opening the trainer, it pops up with a window saying "Open x."

3) A button that you click and when you click it, it activates the hotkeys, when you press it again, it deactivates the hotkeys

I may think of more, but for now those are the things I need help with.
