First of all, hello CEF. It's nice to be back, I haven't really posted in a while.
If this is in an irrelevant place, please can a mod move it for me.
I can't really figure out where to post it as CEF has changed it's boards around since I last was here.
Although I still always use it as a good source for programing material.
Anyway.
If you already are comfortable with CE I suggest you skim read all of this (As if you even need to read any of this!) as a lot if it is me going over it too much to make sure people who don't understand CE can understand. Don't flame because of this, please, it's intentional.
This is going to be a small guide telling people exactly how to find the values you need in Killing Floor to set them stupidly high and achieve your level five perks in the space of about five minutes.
Although this is an obvious process for people, I have searched the net loads of times last night before I worked it out and although it's simple (anyone can do it) there wasn't really anyone on the internet saying HOW they did it, just a bunch bragging about it. I understand this guide isn't necessary but there are always the few people out there who really don't understand, but want it.
And this is for them.
Killing Floor is a co-op survival shooter, that at first I was skeptical about. My friend told me to get it and I was like, nah. But in the end I got it (legally, of course?) and so did he, and we are having a blast with it. It really is everything L4D should have been.

Where to start
Note: these addresses are dynamic. This means they change every time you launch the game. That is why there is no cheat table to do this for you.
Well the first thing you will need is the latest version of Cheat Engine, which you can obviously download on the CE website.
Now if you are playing this over steam (which you are, right..) and playing online this will probably get you banned. So I wouldn't do it. However I am pretty sure you will be safe if you play it in offline mode on single player and just level up the perks, and then go back online. This is up to you and I take no responsibility. I think one of the problems they are having is that they cannot trace perk hackers as it's so easy to do and the fact that you can play KF while offline and level your perks is kind of a free hacking ticket. Anyway. For those playing single player only, via LAN, Hamachi, or Garena (which I do) this will be fine.
Changing the values
Once you have your Cheat Engine, open it up. Then open Killing Floor in which ever way you do. From here you need to tab out of Killing Floor, go to Cheat Engine, and click the select process icon (as I'm sure most of you know). Then scroll though the processes and find KillingFloor.exe (It is probably near the bottom). Click it then hit ok. Now go back into game. Matter of fact, put yourself into a single player game. This is best because you can pause it. Now while the zombies are trying to kill you, bring up your perk menu (ESC I believe). Here we can see what we need to achieve to get our perk a level up. Say I want to get my wielding up and it is on 127894/240000. So then I tab out of Cheat Engine, and do a search for 127894. (4 bytes, the default settings). You will then get some results in Cheat Engine. Go back to your game, and wield a door. Just once will do. Press ESC again and look at your perks to see your wielding has gone up. Okay say it's now on 128343. I would tab out of KF, get Cheat Engine and then perform a search for 128343. Make sure you press 'Next Scan' to search your previous results and not 'New Scan'. Now you should have just one address found (if for some strange reason you don't, repeat the process and you will). Double click it to put it into the cheat table at the bottom. Then you can double click its current value, set it to something stupid like 10000000 (or whatever you want it to be), and tab back into game. Then go wield a door just once. Your wielding progress will jump up to 10000000. And well there you go.
It's the same procedure for weapons and doing so much damage with them. Find your damage with Cheat Engine, shoot an enemy, 'Next Scan' for the new amount, get the address, and change the value. Also if your objective is to say 'Slay 30 stalkers' and you've done 7, search for 7, kill one, then search for 8 in your results. You will get one address and change it to whatever you want to meet the requirements. It's the same idea for head shots too.
Field Medic
The only perk I have not tried doing this to is the Field Medic. Reason for this is it requires someone else to work with you, as the requirement is to heal your teammates a certain amount. However the process is going to be the same. If you don't give a crap about the ban possibility and go online (legitimately via Steam) and have a friend who is willing to cover your ass while you change values around and heal him then I'm pretty sure the process will be the same. Same thing goes for anyone playing over LAN, Hamachi, or Garena, just there's no risk.
I've leveled my perk up to level 2 or 3 already, and can't tell my exact amount I've done as it displayed it as '100k/500k'
Well, that was a problem for me. You can overcome it though, however it is easier to do all of this when your perks are level 1 and your exact amount is displayed.
If your current progress is say, 103k/500k with shotgun damage, for example, I found the best way to actually find your value was to use the 'Value in between' feature on CE.
There are other ways to do it but I must have messed them up (Value bigger than, then increased value) because I couldn't get any results.
So leave CE scan on 4bytes but change the scan type to 'Value between...' You'll get two boxes. Looking at the example, you would put in the first box '103000' (103k) and the second 104000. Then we are gonna find all the values between that, so first scan. Our shotgun damage is obviously one of them. Now go back into game, kill some zombies with your shotgun, until you have now done 104k/500k in your perk progress. Now go back to Cheat Engine, and change the two boxes to '104000' (104K) and '105000' (105K). Now our shotgun value is defiantly going to be in there, so 'Next Scan'. You may have 3 or 4 addresses come back, but you can usually tell which one is likely to be your shotgun damage. If you can't just change all of them (and hope your game doesn't crash - probably not).
And then it's done. Go shoot something for it to jump up to what you set it to.
Note: You don't have to do the perks level by level, if you just set the progress to 10 million or whatever you can jump straight to level 5.
Anyway there's an explanation for all those who couldn't work out how it was being done (admittedly I thought people were changing their damage dealt by using the console to find out damage values at first).
Sorry for the lack of pictures but I felt they weren't really necessary.
Hope it helped and if anyone hasn't used CE before you are welcome to PM me with any problems.

First off, find the memory variable for another perk, then, search for current heal amount, and add it to the "watch" table.
The next part is a little guess and check...
Look at the memory addresses, and find an address near the first one(s)
3 things to look for
1) lets say perk #1 address is 20ae94, you need to look for memory near the 20
2) Look for memory with the same postfix (last 2)
3) If at first, you don't succeed, try try again.
Don't panic, it takes anywhere from 2-60 seconds to get the level.
*edit* Sorry for the bump, didn't look @ post date...

no longer works.
There are now 3 addresses.
Exmpale, trying to upgrade sharpshooter, need 2500 headshot kills (have 960).
Change all three addresses to 2499, go in game, shoot a zombie, gets reset back to 960
This is while playing on steam.
EDIT: nvm, stupid me.
I couldnt get a solo game or my own host going due to a steam error which turns out was because of mutators being used in settings.
Turned mutators off, played a solo game, and was it worked fine.

been playing this since version 1010.yet only my sharp shooter and demolition are lvl6.making the Medic and berserk LVL6 is like impossible!(and since the mutators don't work anymore it's even harder!that's why i've kept my 1011 version! )must say good job dude! but since you have done it once why don't you upload the LVL6 perk file?all the lvl info of your profile is saved in this file "stats.bin" which is in the folder of the game ( near the "KF_revLoader.exe" in any version upper than 1011 in other versions it's in "System" folder )it's about 8 KB or less so if u do upload it,it will be awesome!
P.S: mine is illegal and i play over the Garena so my profile info is saved in stats.bin.donnow about steam players i've heard their profile info is saved on the steam profiles!but u can always test that!

Just letting you know, you can do this a thousand times easier with SAM. Just make sure you don't have any VAC secured games open while you use this and you'll be fine.

How to get the medic in killing floor to lvl 6
1)Set up a game in solo and play objective mode
2)One point in the game you have to heal a guy so say you have 472/500 you put 472 in cheat engine and scan and then you heal him and it will say a new number like 490/500 or something you but 490 in and then you have the address and change the value to 10m or something and the medic will be at lvl 6
There you go have fun.

Heya, Killing Floor seemed to have released a patch, so that Killing Floor cannot anylonger be modified with Cheat Engine. Anyone has a fix for this yet? Greetings, -Dex
