And how to use it in the C++ to receive and send data. Any library since I cant find anything that describes well networking in the best multimedia library of all time, the SFML that is available for free and I don't wanna pay 50$ for a book that I might noteven use and I dont wanna pirate.

if you want to send and receive data via TCP/IP you can use the winsock library
