I was referring to the physical and emotional abuse etc. Banning spanking is lame but I guess if they're banning other forms of physical abuse they need to take spanking with it as well. Banning 'water sports' probably has to do with it being degrading and emotionally abusive, and that's probably why they had to ban female ejaculation as well.
People are being brainwashed by porn, man. Especially kids. They start seeing and treating girls in disrespectful ways like they see in porn. They think that how people fuck in porn movies is the same as how people are supposed to fuck and act in real life. They start looking down on women and seeing them as objects. Girls start thinking they're supposed to swallow even if it makes them sick etc and take it up the ass even though it hurts them, which breaks down their self esteem. Even the girls who don't watch porn start believing this because that's how guys treat them.
And then these kids grow up and become the kind of people who rape people.
They're not making hardcore sex illegal, they're only making porn of it illegal. People can still do whatever the fuck they want, they're just not gonna be influenced by porn so much anymore.

adnihil i know what youre trying to say, but if you ban "whips" in porn because they are a bad influence on the mind, then you might as well ban horse racing on tv because jockeys whip their horses with ropes. And while youre at it you might as well ban all violence in movies, right? I mean you might as well.

Well yeah, it's stupid that they have to ban whips and shit but they kind of have to, else it wouldn't be clear what's allowed and what's not.
Violence in movies is different, the actors don't get actually wounded, and everybody knows well enough that they're acting. With porn a lot of people are led to believe that's how they're supposed to have sex and that sexual harassment is OK (or just not realize it's harassment).
Losing the right to make and sell a hardcore porn movie isn't much of a big deal to me, no.
Everything I said is based on experience and people I've met or know. I have some friends who never hang out with girls and whenever they see me with girls or hear of me meeting up with girls they automatically assume I'm fucking them or trying to fuck them. Pretty much everyone agrees that nothing good really comes from "violent" porn, that isn't very debatable. However, what is debatable is whether a government should regulate it.
I cant speak for the UK, but in the US for the last 13 years especially (after 9/11) the whole populous of the country has developed a mindset that human rights can be forfeited to the government for a compromise for a better community. Need i remind you that is totally COMMUNISTIC ideals? The governments dont trust us with rights that every human should have, so they take them away because it fits their agenda.
I can only speak for Americans, but the "constitution" that was wrote in 1776 and all the additional amendments is being BROKE in almost way possible! I mean, the government reads our emails, regulates our guns, censors the press, ect... The country that founded itself on democratic morals has shifted to COMMUNISTIC morals, which is sad if you ask me...
