what does it mean to xor a number with another one?


lets say that [EAX+ECX] contains = 3333300

is it a sort of crypter? for what its used for ?

(each group of bits represents a number am i right?)

Yes, this instruction is often used for simple, but relatively effective value encryption. You can find plenty of info about this on the forum.
