Hey, does reading of values get detected by Anticheat systems?

BF3/4 has Punkbuster so any kind of injection you do will be detected. If you intend to print that info on screen then you need to hide it when PB wants to take a screenshot as PB is known for randomly taking screenshots to catch ESP etc.
You are better off asking for help at multiplayer hacking sites, there are tons of public cheats out for this game some even with source code.
Oh and since you have mentioned the game name this thread will probably be locked. BF3/4 has SP mode as well but we know you're not talking about that right

I wanted to read the speed of jets in BF3/4
unfortunately it doesnt display in 3rd person

For other games, yes, some anti-cheats will detect external reading via monitoring open handles to the process or any type of attachment done to read the data of the games memory. Not all anti-cheats have this as it is open to false-positives for anything like anti-virus' to cause you to be detected etc. (Most of which will result in you getting kicked while playing and not an actual ban.)
As for things like drawing onto the screen externally via GDI or similar API, those are mostly all detected by every anti-cheat now.
There are more in depth ways to inject to games like BF3/4 that have Punk Buster or other popular anti-cheats to avoid being detected but things like that are not discussed on this site. We do not allow multiplayer hacking / cheating discussions here as we have had previous legal issues with it.
