I have tried the tutorial I read it but I sadly do not comprehend can I please get some help via skype? I am not the brightest bulb especially when I am very new to PC other then gaming.

What tutorial did you read ? you mean the one that comes with CE ?. If you don't understand a step just post here and we will help you with that. There are also some video tutorials on youtube (search) that should be able to help.

I don't think anyone has the time to help out on skype but good luck. You may find someone who will light you up like a 500 watt bulb.
