Ok I know this is totally unrelated to gaming but I figured if there was a way to do this someone here would know. Is there a way to make a cheat engine to cart and checkout with a clothing item loaded to a website as soon as it comes up? TIA!

No, CE is a memory searcher and a debugger. What you're asking for is the job of something like an autoclicker, i can't recommend you one but google and you will find a lot of them..they usually have an option to wait before the page loads or certain element on page appears then click on a co-ordinate on page you give it. So once you train it, it will do the task exactly as you show it.
