0F196D78 - 8B 42 10 - mov eax,[edx+10]

I try to hack a multiplayer game that i'm playing, but don't know what is
[ecx+10], [edx+10]
+10 mean. Can you pls help me??

+10 is offset. EDX/ECX points to a memory address, by adding 10 as offset the game moves forward 10 bytes and accesses the value at that point.
