How do I cheat?

After downloaded Cheat Engine 6.4 I encountered some installation problem, the program just won't install.

The install opened up fine, but when I press Next, it just freezes and show 'Setup / Uninstall has stopped working', can't get into the second step.

I tried using 'Run as Administration' but it still freezes

I'm using Windows 8.1

Please Help

Try the 'no setup' version:
